Entry Requirements

To enrol in the BTEC Level 4 programme, learners must meet the following criteria:

  • Age Requirement

    Learners must be over 16 years old. Learners who are under 16 years old are not eligible for direct entry into BTEC Higher Nationals.

  • Academic Qualification

    Completion of upper secondary education or equivalent qualifications (e.g., iGCSE / Year 10 – Year 12).

  • English Proficiency

    For non-native English speakers, learners must provide proof of English ability, such as IELTS 5.5 or an equivalent qualification.

  • Work Experience

    Relevant work experience may be considered for mature learners who do not meet the standard academic requirements.

Tuition Fee

150,000,000 VND

This tuition fee includes learning materials, facilities, and academic resources provided throughout the programme.

It does not include any additional costs for resubmission or retake in accordance with Pearson and centre regulations.

Scholarship Objective

The scholarship policy aims to encourage and recognise outstanding students with excellent academic performance, strong English proficiency, entrepreneurial mindset, and active participation in extracurricular activities.

It also seeks to support students in accessing the international BTEC programme at an optimal cost, while expanding opportunities to continue their studies in BTEC Level 5 at Vietnamese universities or pursue Top-up Bachelor’s Degrees at international partner universities abroad.

Application Process

Application documents include:

  • Scholarship Application Form (provided template)
  • High School Transcript or equivalent academic record
  • IELTS certificate or equivalent
  • Personal Statement (Essay)
  • Proof of extracurricular or entrepreneurial activities (if applicable)

Selection Process:

  1. Application Review: The Scholarship Committee evaluates applicants based on academic performance, English proficiency, essay, and personal achievements.
  2. Interview Round: Shortlisted candidates will attend an interview (in-person or online) with the Scholarship Committee.
  3. Result Announcement: Official results will be notified via email and published on the BTS BTEC Centre’s information page.

Scholarship Maintenance Conditions

  • Comply with all academic and behavioural regulations of the institution.
  • Participate actively in academic, extracurricular, or representative BTEC projects.
  • The scholarship may be reduced or withdrawn if the student violates school regulations or demonstrates unsatisfactory academic progress.

Notes

  • Scholarships are non-cashable and cannot be converted into monetary value.
  • Each student may only receive one highest-value scholarship under the programme.
  • The Scholarship Committee reserves the final right of decision regarding the awarding and maintenance of scholarships.
